Update to TechQual+ Technology is Underway!

A significant re-write of the TechQual+ site and service is currently underway, with an eye towards upgrading the core technology from Webforms to Core 2.2 MVC/Razor pages. This rewrite will bring the full stack into a more modern architecture that is cloud-capable, and will also allow for changes in functionality to support the community of participating users.
