Blog: "Some not so random thoughts about credibility, effectiveness, and performance indicators for IT organizations"

Dr. Timothy M. Chester of Pepperdine University, principal investigator for the Higher Education TechQual+ Project, published an EDUCAUSE blog entitled "Some not so random thoughts about credibility, effectiveness, and performance indicators for IT organizations." This blog discusses the social scientific basis for the Higher Education TechQual+ Project and distinguishes the TechQual+ approach from organizational development approaches to performance indicators.

Webinar: "Assessing What Faculty, Students, and Staff Expect from IT Organizations in Higher Education"

Dr. Timothy M. Chester of Pepperdine University presented an overview of the TechQual+ project entitled "Assessing What Faculty, Students, and Staff Expect from Information Technology Organizations in Higher Education". The Webinar was recorded on June 10, 2010 and provides the audience with information on how to use the TechQual+ tools to measure the effectiveness of IT services at their institution.
